The merchandise is described as a “Bottom Opening Form Holder,” item number W093SA00145. It is made of heavy-duty aluminum and measures 8.5 inches by 12 inches. It has a 1.5-inch storage compartment and a self-locking latch that keeps the lid closed. It serves as a portable desk and organizer, used primarily by individuals who work outside an office environment. The applicable subheading for the form holder will be 7616.99.5090, Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States (HTSUS), which provides for other articles of aluminum, other, other, other, other, other, other. The rate of duty will be 2.5 percent ad valorem. Duty rates are provided for your convenience and are subject to change.
