Dear Mr. Nuristani: In your letter dated January 4, 2005, you requested a tariff classification ruling. The merchandise to be imported is as follows: Item number 47418 is a Steel Service Cart with a two-drawer tool chest. The item has four swivel casters with locking brakes. The dimensions are 30”L x 16”W x 27½”H. The drawers are 22¼” wide and 14” long. The top drawer is 2½” deep and the bottom drawer is 3½” deep.
