Photographs of these articles were submitted with your ruling request. The subject article, which is identified as SKU 291401, consists of a clear glass vessel, sand, natural stones and a candle. You indicated in your letter that the glass article measures approximately six inches in height by six inches in width at its broadest point at the top and four inches at the bottom. The measurement of the candle is three inches by two inches. According to the information that was submitted with your letter, the glass vessel, sand, natural stones and candle will be packed together for retail sale in their imported condition.
