Washington, DC 20006-4078 RE: The tariff classification of liquid pumps from Mexico Dear Mr. Murphy: In your letter dated July 21, 2003 you requested a tariff classification ruling on behalf of your client Gilbarco. The articles in question are described as the GASBOY Split 70 Series transfer pump, the GASBOY 580 Series pump, the GASBOY 1200 Series rotary hand pump, and the GASBOY Model 124 quarter stroke pump.
