The merchandise under consideration consists of auxiliary motorcycle footpeg kits imported from Norway. Each kit consists of two footpegs with stainless steel mounting hardware, and is designed for installation on motorcycles. Each footpeg is CNC-machined from solid aluminum alloy EN AW-6082 T6. According to the information provided, a complete kit weighs approximately 1,700 grams, of which approximately 1,550 grams consists of aluminum alloy and the remaining approximately 150 grams consists of stainless steel. The merchandise under consideration consists of auxiliary motorcycle footpeg kits imported from Norway. Each kit consists of two footpegs with stainless steel mounting hardware, and is designed for installation on motorcycles. Each footpeg is CNC-machined from solid aluminum alloy EN AW-6082 T6. This ruling does not address the applicability of any additional duties, taxes, fees, exactions and/or other charges, which may apply to the goods discussed herein. This includes, but is not limited to, tariffs and other duties as provided for in Subchapter III to Chapter 99, HTSUS. Thus, for example, in addition to the classification stated above, the merchandise covered by this ruling may also need to be reported with either the Chapter 99 provision under which an additional tariff applies or one of the Chapter 99 provisions covering exceptions to such tariffs.
