Dear Ms. Yu: In your letter dated January 6, 2025, you requested a tariff classification ruling. You submitted a sample of a child size costume identified as item number 727374. The man-made textile dress features large, visible, loose overlock stitching on the neck and deep back opening which is closed with a single small tab of hook and loop fastener.
