The merchandise in question has the chemical name of N-Alkyl-N-benzylpyridinium chloride. You indicate that it has a CAS Number of 100765-57-9. It is said to consist of alkyl pyridine derivatives, benzyl chloride, & methanol. You indicate that it will be used as a corrosion inhibitor for metal surfaces in various industries such as oil field drilling, water supply, and road construction.
