Maraviroc, imported in 150 mg and 300 mg tablets, is an antiretroviral medication.  It is indicated for use in combination with other antiretroviral agents for the treatment of human immunodeficiency virus type 1 (HIV-1) infection in adult and pediatric patients 2 years of age and older weighing at least 10 kg. The applicable subheading for the Maraviroc Tablets in dosage form will be 3004.90.9207, Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States (HTSUS), which provides for “Medicaments … consisting of mixed or unmixed products for therapeutic or prophylactic uses, put up in measured doses … or in forms or packings for retail sale: Other: Other: Other: Anti-infective medicaments: Antivirals.”  The rate of duty will be free.
