Dear Mr. Shchukin: In your letter dated May 13, 2022, you requested a tariff classification ruling. Photos and descriptive literature were received. The items under consideration are as follows: The first item is a sterling silver, 5.5 mm wide, interlocking chain necklace with a lobster clasp. The necklace weighs 1.4 grams. The second item is a sterling silver, 2.72 mm wide, flat, looped-link chain necklace with a lobster clasp. The necklace weighs .85 grams.
