Dear Mr. Tat: In your letter dated January 13, 2022, you requested a tariff classification ruling. You submitted photographs and a detailed description of an item identified as the HWN Palmistry Table, item number X253-LXBQ150ABK, which consists of an assortment of three designs of a plastic statuette depicting a witch’s hand.
