An ingredients breakdown and an image of the retail packaging were submitted with your letter. The Quorn brand products are imitation meat products based on “Mycoprotein,” a meat free protein. Item A04622 - Quorn Meatless Grounds are said to contain approximately 94 percent mycoprotein paste, 3 percent egg albumen free range, and trace amounts of natural carmelized sugar, water, gluten free roasted barley malt extract, calcium chloride and calcium acetate. Item A04622 will be imported frozen, in five, 1020 gram packages, 5.1 kg., net packed.
