Dear Ms. Yam: In your letter dated August 22, 2020, you requested a tariff classification ruling. You submitted a photo and description of an item identified as item number 211-8334A22, “Wicked Witch legs,” which is constructed of polyester and bamboo and simulates a pair of witch’s legs wearing striped stockings and shoes with curled up pointy toes. The legs both measure approximately 22.5” in length with an 8.5” foot on one end and a pointed stake at the other end.
