An ingredients breakdown, a narrative description of the manufacturing process and a photocopy of the packaging were provided with your inquiry. Sweet and Spicy Chick Peas is said to contain approximately 77 percent vegetables, i.e., chickpeas, unpeeled tomatoes, red lentils, butternut, red pepper, spinach, 18 percent sauce containing water, spinach, brown sugar, sunflower oil, onion, tomato puree, salt, sieved tomato, paprika, westhove rice, garlic puree, mint, tabasco, cayenne pepper, cumin, oregano, and 5 percent falafel.
