Dear Ms. Benedetto: In your letter dated March 17, 2020, you requested a tariff classification ruling. You submitted a photograph and detailed description of an item identified as a halo headpiece, item number OEM21-0049 which consists of a feather trimmed halo which is attached to a textile covered plastic headband that serves to hold the halo over the head. The applicable subheading for the halo headpiece, item number OEM21-0049 will be 9505.90.6000, Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States (HTSUS), which provides for "Festive, carnival or other entertainment articles, including magic tricks and practical joke articles; parts and accessories thereof: Other: Other."
