Dear Ms. Lucas: In your letter dated December 09, 2019, you requested a tariff classification ruling. The subject merchandise is “Frozen Seafood Jambalaya” composed of Basmati rice (26.32 percent), vegetables (33.32 percent), squid (9.03 percent), Pollock (6.61 percent), shrimps (4.63 percent) and Jambalaya source (20.09 percent). The product will be packed in an airtight plastic package with a net weight of 1-pound (454 gram). There will be 12 packets of “Seafood Jambalaya” per each carton.
