The submitted sample, style number AC16-0075, is an adult size Halloween Pirate Shirt constructed of polyester woven fabric. The flimsy shirt has visible, loose overlock stitching at the collar, neck, arms and hem, thin elastics at the wrists, and a string tie front closure with visible, loose overlock stitching at the closure edge. The garment has hanging threads throughout, including at the front and back collar and wrists.
