You submitted a sample, factory item number BH-5260A, and documentation in which you refer to the product as a bottle sleeve. Sample will be returned as requested. The sample is made up from a circular base of polyester fabric and narrow woven polyester fabric straps that are sewn into the shape of a wine bottle. The product is intended to protect the table from condensation resulting from a cold bottle. It features an elastic strap designed to the fit around the neck of the bottle to hold and assist in dispensing. The applicable subheading for the bottle strap, item number BH-5260A will be 6307.90.9889, Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States (HTSUS), which provides for other made up textile articles, other. The rate of duty will be 7 percent ad valorem.
