Dear Ms. Trotta: In your letter dated July 29, 2019, you requested a tariff classification ruling. A sample was submitted and will be returned separately. The product under consideration is described as “Pink Fong Baby Shark,” item number 83320. It is a children’s hairbrush similar to the one ruled upon in New York ruling N303027, dated March 1, 2019. A stuffed plush animal shaped like a shark is utilized as the handle for the brush. The provided sample was pink and white in coloration. You indicated that these hairbrushes are valued at over 40 cents each.
