The product under consideration is identified as Item 2751IX, compounded rubber sheet.. The product is described as a black strip made of unvulcanized rubber mixed with carbon black. It will be used as a raw material for molding of rubber products. The applicable subheading for the rubber sheet, Item 2751IX, will be 4005.10.0000, Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States (HTSUS), which provides for Compounded rubber, unvulcanized, in primary forms or in plates, sheets or strip: Compounded with carbon black or silica. The general rate of duty will be Free. Duty rates are provided for your convenience and are subject to change.
