Dear Mr. Samuel: In your letter dated June 7, 2019, you requested a tariff classification ruling. You submitted a photograph of an item identified as the “Acrylic Snowman LED Décor,” item number 9046640-B which consists of an acrylic, battery powered, light up decoration depicting a snowman wearing a stovepipe hat and scarf. You suggest this item is correctly classified in subheading 3926.40.0090 as an ornamental article of plastic and this office agrees. This item is considered to be a composite good within the meaning of General Rule of Interpretation (GRI) 3.
