The subject merchandise, “Ricard Pastis de Marseille”, is Ricard’s Pastis Anise and Licorice Flavored Spirits. The product consists of a mixture of water, ethyl alcohol, sugar, natural extracts of licorice, aniseed, burned sugar, and a blend of aromatic plants. “Ricard Pastis de Marseille” has an alcohol volume of 45 percent.
