Ranolazine Extended-Release Tablets (100 mg and 500 mg) are indicated for the treatment of chronic angina. Oxcarbazepine Tablets (150 mg, 300 mg and 600 mg) are indicated for use as monotherapy or adjunctive therapy in the treatment of partial seizures in adults and as monotherapy in the treatment of partial seizures in pediatric patients aged 4 years and above with epilepsy, and as adjunctive therapy in pediatric patients aged 2 years and above with partial seizures. The applicable subheading for the Ranolazine Extended-Release Tablets in dosage form will be 3004.90.9220, Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States (HTSUS), which provides for "Medicaments … consisting of mixed or unmixed products for therapeutic or prophylactic uses, put up in measured doses … or in forms or packings for retail sale: Other: Other: Other: Cardiovascular medicaments." The rate of duty will be free. The applicable subheading for the Oxcarbazepine Tablets in dosage form will be 3004.90.9230, HTSUS, which provides for “Medicaments … consisting of mixed or unmixed products for therapeutic or prophylactic uses, put up in measured doses … or in forms or packings for retail sale: Other: Other: Other: Medicaments primarily affecting the central nervous system: Anticonvulsants, hypnotics and sedatives.” The rate of duty will be free.
