Solar components are mounted into the top of the housing and a movable wire handle is attached to the top for hanging. The lantern comes in three finishes, copper 0-11822-93954-6, silver 0-11822-93956-3 and gold 0-11822-93956-0. You indicate that the lantern is intended for decorative purposes. The illumination it provides serves to create patterns of light through the open mesh housing, thereby enhancing the lantern’s decorative appeal. Any lighting of the surrounding area is merely incidental.
