The subject merchandise is described as certain Whiskies produced (i.e., distilled, blended, barreled and bottled) in Scotland and marketed under the following labels: “The Glenlivet XXV”, “The Glenlivet Nadurra” and “The Glenlivet Nadurra Oloroso Matured”. “The Glenlivet XXV” has an alcoholic strength by volume of 43 percent. “The Glenlivet Nadurra” has an alcoholic strength by volume of 54.3 percent. “The Glenlivet Nadurra Oloroso Matured” has an alcoholic strength by volume of 48 percent.
