The item under consideration has been identified as a set of “RISK” Grip Donuts. The Grip Donuts are small circular grips that go onto the handle bars of dirt bikes to alleviate blisters and discomfort. The applicable subheading for the “RISK” Grip Donuts for a motocross motorcycle will be 8714.10.0050, Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States (HTSUS), which provides for “Parts and accessories of [motorcycles, mopeds, cycles, side-cars, bicycles, carriages]: Of motorcycles…: Other.” The general rate of duty will be Free. Duty rates are provided for your convenience and are subject to change. The text of the most recent HTSUS and the accompanying duty rates are provided on the World Wide Web at https://hts.usitc.gov/current.
