Style M4JP005 is a women’s top composed of 100 percent acrylic knit fabric. The garment features a ribbed mock neck, shoulder cut-outs, long sleeves, side slits and a V-shaped bottom. The garment provides sufficient bust coverage. The garment does not reach the waist all the way around. The applicable subheading for style M4JP005 will be 6114.30.1020, Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States (HTSUS), which provides for “Other garments, knitted or crocheted: Tops, Women’s or girls”. The rate of duty will be 28.2 percent ad valorem. Duty rates are provided for your convenience and are subject to change.
