The article under consideration is identified as the Reusable Coffee Filter, Item 37153. The filter is made for a domestic electric automatic drip coffee maker. The item is made of a polypropylene frame with polyethylene mesh filter. It is a basket type filter for repeated use in coffee makers, designed to be used in place of disposable paper filters. The applicable subheading for the Reusable Coffee Filter, Item 37153, will be 8516.90.9000, Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States (HTSUS), which provides for parts of other electrothermic appliances of a kind used for domestic purposes. The rate of duty will be 3.9 percent ad valorem. Duty rates are provided for your convenience and are subject to change.
