The same costume will also be imported as Item 134672 in child size, Item134673 in youth size and Item 134675 in adult plus size. General Rules of Interpretation (GRI) 3(b) is applicable when goods are, prima facie, classifiable under two or more headings, and have been put up in sets for retail sale. GRI 3(b) states that the goods "shall be classified as if they consisted of the material or component which gives them their essential character." The essential character for Style 1134674 is the duster-style garment.

The sample will be returned to you under separate cover. Item 134674, identified as “Dark Count Costume,” is an unisex adult costume set.
