An ingredients breakdown and product specification sheet accompanied your inquiry. Capol® 115 C is said to be a reddish brown to dark brown aqueous liquid dispersion with a typical odor and is said to be composed of Gum Arabic, Sorbic Acid, and water. The product is said to function as a polishing agent and pre-coating agent used in confectionery production. The product is packaged in 10 kg., 50 kg., or 180 kg., net weight, plastic airtight containers made of a high density polyethylene. The applicable subheading for Capol® 115 C will be 2106.90.9998, Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States (HTSUS), which provides for food preparations not elsewhere specified or included…other…other…other. The general rate of duty will be 6.4 percent ad valorem. Duty rates are provided for your convenience and are subject to change.
