The merchandise in question is a loudspeaker assembly. Based on the information provided, the product is a single speaker, not mounted within an enclosure at time of importation into the United States. This loudspeaker assembly is used within an automobile. The speaker measures approximately 86 mm in diameter. The applicable subheading for the loudspeaker assembly will be 8518.29.8000, Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States (HTSUS), which provides for "Loudspeakers, whether or not mounted in their enclosures: Other: Other." The general rate of duty will be 3.6 %. Duty rates are provided for your convenience and are subject to change. The text of the most recent HTSUS and the accompanying duty rates are provided on World Wide Web at https://hts.usitc.gov/current. This ruling is being issued under the provisions of Part 177 of the Customs Regulations (19 C.F.R. 177).
