The battery powered, LED light-up decoration depicts a creepy raven with oversized claws and wearing a black witch hat. When activated, the LED lighting illuminates the eyes in ghostly glowing light while bone-chilling sound effects are emitted from the bird. This item will be only be marketed and sold for Halloween. The applicable subheading for item numbers 7346-10041, 7346-13043, 7346-13045 and 7346-12944 will be 9505.90.6000, Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States (HTSUS), which provides for “Festive, carnival or other entertainment articles, including magic tricks and practical joke articles; parts and accessories thereof: Other: Other.” The rate of duty will be Free.
