Dear Ms. Bertelson: In your letter dated July 29, 2016, you requested a tariff classification ruling. Style 4025 is a work glove with a palm side made of a non-woven fabric constructed of 60% nylon, 40% polyurethane. The palm side also features an inner layer of fabric constructed from 53% cotton, 47% plastic.
