You submitted a photograph of item #4593, Portable Pet Play Pen (large). The portable pet play pen is constructed of eight panels composed of polyester and nylon mesh textile fabrics. The portable pet play pen fabric panels fit over a metal frame creating an octagon shape. The portable pet play pen features a water-resistant base and a zippered opening. The opening rolls up and can be kept open with a hook-and-loop closure which provides easy access to pet. The portable pet play pen measures 36" L x 36" W x 23" H and can be collapsed for storage when not in use. When it is open, it can be staked down to the ground for stability. The applicable subheading for item #4593, Portable Pet Play Pen (large) will be 6307.90.9889, Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States (HTSUS), which provides for other made up textile articles, other.
