Dear Ms. Blackmon: In your letter dated, May 6, 2016, on behalf of your client AgLogica Holdings, Inc., you requested a tariff classification ruling. A representative sample was included with your submission and will be returned to you under separate cover. The product to be imported is the Vetrax Sensor for monitoring the actions of dogs with chronic illness or other health conditions. When affixed to the dog’s collar, this device collects detailed data regarding the animal’s activities such as resting, walking, running, scratching, drinking.
