Dear Ms. Rowe: In your letter dated May 6, 2016, you requested a tariff classification ruling. Twelve samples of women’s knit crew socks were submitted with your request. The samples will be returned under separate cover. Your letter describes the fiber content of the crew socks as follows: Styles SW464, SW467, SW468 and SW469 are made up of 53% combed cotton, 45% nylon and 2% spandex. Styles SW465 and SW466 are made up of 51% combed cotton, 48% nylon and 1% spandex. Styles SW470, SW471 and SW472 are made up of 69% combed cotton, 30% nylon and 1% spandex.
