Your sample will be returned. The submitted sample is a pair of women’s shorts constructed from 100% cotton non-knitted, non-crocheted, open-work fabric. The garment is lined and features a knit waistband with a drawstring tightening and front pockets. The applicable subheading for the submitted sample will be 6204.62.4056, Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States (HTSUS), which provides for Women’s or girls’ suits, ensembles, suit-type jackets, blazers, dresses, skirts, divided skirts, trousers, bib and brace overalls, breeches and shorts (other than swimwear): Trousers, bib and brace overalls, breeches and shorts: Of cotton: Other: Other: Other: Other: Women’s shorts.
