The sample will be returned to you, as requested. The sample submitted, “Spill Bandit” is an adult bib constructed from 100% polyester woven fabric. The bib which is tapered at the top, measures approximately 25” in length by 15” at its widest point. The bib features two straps at the neck with a magnetic closure and two hook and loop tabs on the backside panel. The tabs allow the bib to be attached to a seatbelt in a motor vehicle. The applicable subheading for the “Spill Bandit” will be 6217.10.9530, Harmonzied Tariff Schedule of the United States (HTSUS), which provides for “Other made up clothing accessories… other than those of heading 6212: Accessories: Other: Other, of man-made fibers.” The rate of duty will be 14.6 percent ad valorem. Duty rates are provided for your convenience and are subject to change.
