Product description
The ingredients are cultured reduced milk, cultured whole milk, cane sugar, strawberry, raspberry-blueberry-strawberry, banana fruit puree concentrate, stabilizers (tapioca starch and fruit pectin), natural flavor, and vitamin D2. The manufacturing process begins by combining and pasteurizing skim milk and whole milk. Lactobacillus bulgaricus and Streptococcus thermophiles bacterial cultures are added to the combined pasteurized milk, which is then allowed to ferment at 43°C for about eight hours. The resulting yogurt is then smoothened by mixing, after which the other ingredients are mixed in. Following homogenization and additional pasteurization, the product is filled into the individual pouches, which are pasteurized again. You have stated that the finished product contains 1.8% milkfat and over 8.25% nonfat milk solids, and that its titratable acidity exceeds 0.9%.
