The submitted illustration depicts an item that is identified as an Avignon Rooster Square Rooster Platter, Item Number 864538. Although you referenced submitted samples, this office did not receive these samples. This item is made of earthenware ceramic, is square shaped and measures approximately 12.5” by 12.5” by 1.25” in height. It is decorated with a rooster design and is suitable for food and drink contact. You have suggested that this item is correctly classified in subheading 6912.00.4500 and we agree.
