The sample submitted, style MABLTRL20001, “DLX Brute TRS TP100 Male Compression Pant” is a man’s base layer compression long pant constructed from 83% polyester, 17% elastane knit fabric. The undergarment is tight fitting and features a gusset panel and four panels located in the front and four panels in the back. The garment provides substantial support throughout. You state the garment is moisture-wicking. The garment also features a covered elastic waist band with an inner drawstring, hemmed leg openings and flat-lock stitching at the seams. The applicable subheading for this style will be 6212.20.0020, Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States (HTSUS), which provides for brassieres, girdles, corsets, braces, suspenders, garters and similar articles and parts thereof, whether or not knitted or crocheted: girdles and panty-girdles: of man-made fibers. The rate of duty will be 20% ad valorem. Duty rates are provided for your convenience and are subject to change.
