The submitted illustration depicts an item that is identified as a 12 Inch LED Illuminated Marquee Style Sea-Anchor, Item# 6799120008. There are variations of this item that are identified as either 670112563 or 670112494, with the sole distinction being that of color. The item is made of plastic, has a flat bottom that enables it to sit on a flat surface and is in the shape of an anchor.
