A sample of the fabric accompanied your request. The fabric sample, identified as Pattern Lancome with Coated Backing, is characterized by a marled “hand woven” appearance. The revised specifications sheet indicates that the fabric composed of 52% polyester, 40% viscose rayon and 8% acrylic yarns of different colors and weighs 480 g/m2. You should also be aware that the material facts described in the foregoing ruling may be subject to periodic verification by Customs.
