One sample was submitted with your ruling request. Pattern 023 Imperial is a printed flocked fabric with the look and texture of a plush pile fabric, visually reminiscent of pebbled beach sand. According to initial and subsequent communications, as well as visual examination of the sample, the substrate is a woven fabric composed of 65% polyester and 35% cotton, covered with flocking composed chiefly of man-made fibers.
