Two samples were provided. The merchandise at issue is a tablecloth constructed of polyethylene vinyl acetate (PEVA) plastic, identified by SKU # 16479901. The tablecloth is a single rectangular plastic sheet with no hems or other stitching and measures 48 inches by 72 inches. The applicable subheading for the PEVA tablecloth will be 3920.10.0000, Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States (HTSUS), which provides for Other plates, sheets, film, foil and strip, of plastics, noncellular and not reinforced, laminated, supported or similarly combined with other materials: Of polymers of ethylene. The rate of duty will be 4.2% ad valorem. Duty rates are provided for your convenience and are subject to change. This ruling is being issued under the provisions of Part 177 of the Customs Regulations (19 C.F.R. 177).
