Representative samples of the holder springs were submitted and will be returned to you. The subject merchandise is described as accessory holder springs, item #S2-09401. These stainless steel holder springs are parts for lighting fixtures. Each holder spring measures approximately 1.187 inches flat length. The holder springs feature a drilled hole at one end. It is stated that the holder springs are specifically used as brackets in lighting equipment. The applicable subheading for the accessory holder springs, item #S2-09401, will be 9405.99.4090, Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States (HTSUS), which provides for "Lamps and lighting fittings…and parts thereof not elsewhere specified or included: Parts: Other: Other." The general rate of duty will be 6 percent ad valorem. Duty rates are provided for your convenience and are subject to change.
