The ruling was requested on self-adhesive paper labels. Two representative samples identified as, “laser/inkjet” and “direct thermal” were submitted for our review. The samples will be retained for future reference. The “laser/inkjet” sample is a self-adhesive, non-printed paper label. Each individual label measures approximately 8 ½” (L) x 5 ½” (W). The labels will be imported in rolls measuring approximately 4233’ (L) x 8 ½” (W). The “direct thermal” sample is a self-adhesive, non-printed paper label. Each individual label measures approximately 6” (L) x 4” (W). The labels will be imported in rolls measuring approximately 4233’ (L) x 12” (W).
