An ingredients breakdown and product literature were provided with your letter. Additional information was submitted via email on June 10, 2015. Strawberry Shaved Ice Flavoring consists of approximately 56 percent sugar, 44 percent water, and less than 1 percent each citric acid, potassium sorbate, sodium benzoate, red# 40, and natural strawberry flavor, packed in a plastic container holding 11 pounds, net weight.
