Technical specification sheets, and images of product labels accompanied your inquiry. The products are said to be dry, uncooked, unstuffed corn flour pasta of different shapes (spaghetti, elbows and penne rigate) packed in cardboard boxes containing 454g (1 lb.), net weight. The products are made from corn flour and water. The applicable subheading for the products will be 1902.19.2030, Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States (HTSUS), which provides for pasta, whether or not cooked or stuffed . . . uncooked pasta, not stuffed . . . other . . . exclusively pasta . . . product of a European Union (EU) country . . . other. The general rate of duty will be free. Duty rates are provided for your convenience and are subject to change. You have asked whether this product is subject to antidumping duties or countervailing duties (AD/CVD).
