Your sample will be returned. Style LS830 is a woman’s pullover style blouse constructed from 100% rayon woven fabric. The top features a partial front opening secured by a self-fabric tie at the neck, voluminous sleeves, and a hemmed bottom. The applicable subheading for style LS830 will be 6206.40.3030, Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States (HTSUS), which provides for Women’s or girls’ blouses, shirts and shirt-blouses: Of man-made fibers: Other: Other: Other: Women’s.
