You also stated that the bottles are designed to be placed on display with nothing inside, and are not safe for food use.

Dear Ms. Cao: In your letter received April 14, 2015, you requested a tariff classification ruling. The merchandise under consideration is referred to as “9in Glass Cone Bottle,” item number C16568. Samples of the item were submitted with your ruling request and were retained by this office. The 9in Glass Cone Bottle is similar to an Erlenmeyer flask in shape. It measures approximately 9.375 inches high, with a base measuring approximately 5 inches in diameter tapering to a neck opening measuring approximately 1.75 inches in diameter.
